We plan to keep this up-to-date, and to advise of any new planning applications using ‘Gretton Village Notices’ Facebook page.
It will not be possible to provide much detail, but there is an excellent ‘planning portal’, on the TBC web-site, from which all information can be accessed.

2. A paper titled – ‘Gretton Parish Council – How we deal with Planning’.
As the title suggests, this describes the planning process that GPC gets involved in, and the approach that we adopt in handling different types of applications. From minor planning requests, through to planning applications that could have a significant impact on many residents and the wider village.
It is intended that this will be kept updated to reflect changes in the planning environment / regulations and any feedback from village residents. GPC would be pleased to hear of any improvements or other comments you may have.

Response from TBC 9th May 2019.
Conditions 9 and 10 of the planning permission require the provision of adequate visibility splays to serve the second access. As the wall is located within a conservation area permission will be required for its removal.
The applicant has been made aware of this requirement.
